She was predeceased by: her husband Edward W. Stephens; her daughter Cheryl L. Davis (Stephens); and her siblings, Russell W. Garman and Wanda M. Hook (Garman). She is survived by: her sister Wilma Spivey (Garman); her sons, Gary E. Stephens (Doris) and Gregory A. Stephens; and her grandchildren, Tara N. Floyd (Stephens-Richard), Joseph E. Stephens (Kristin), Gregory Adam Stephens (Tarah), Aaron Davis (Jen), Kristen M. Stephens-Twiggs (Lisa), Adrianne Johnson (Davis) and Ryan M. Stephens (Tristin). She is also survived by 14 Great-grandchildren.
