Nancy Tulledge Obituary

She was predeceased by: her parents, George Perkins and Lillian Perkins (Gehl); her sister June Thomey; and her daughter Colleen Blevins (Tulledge). She is survived by: her brother Roger Perkins of Greenlake, Wisconsin; her children, Roxann Patrick (Tulledge) and Jim Tulledge; her grandchildren, Shawn Mitchell, Trent Blevins, Megan Sortman (Blevins), Aaron Tulledge and Josh Tulledge; her stepgrandson Brian Patrick; and her great grandchildren, Kade Sortman, Jonah Sortman, Easton Tulledge and Sofia Blevins.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the Legacy Village Foundation in care of the Nancy Tulledge Memorial Scholarship Fund.
