She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil Glen and Margaret VanEaton Martin; her husband Richard D. "Choppy" Hornick; her grandmother Hornick; and her brothers, Jerry Martin and Richard Martin.
She is survived by: her son-in-law Larry Payton; her grandsons, Zachary Payton (Kasey), Joshua Payton (Breeona) and Brandon Payton (Jeni); and her great grandchildren, Alayna, Avaya, Mason, Colt and Alyssa. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, and by many close friends.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to The American Cancer Society in her memory.
