She was predeceased by: her parents, William Hayslip and Gladys Hayslip (Shoemaker); her siblings, Charlotte Harrison and William Hayslip; her niece Brandy Estes; her great-nephew Matthew Berry; her siblings-in-law, Zora Lee Meade (Ratliff), William Dean Meade and Murthel Gene Meade; and her nephew Andrew Meade.
She is survived by: her husband Robert Larry Meade; her children, Daniel Meade (Shelly) and Amber Tretiak; her siblings, Lavone Berry and Donna Estes (Bobbie); her grandson Corey Barbee (James); her siblings, Taylor Meade, Nathan Meade and Kynzi Tretiak; her great grandchild Daniel Barbee; her sister-in-law Robin Watkins (Mike); and her pets, Lucy and Maxwell. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
