She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Lester Shaw; her daughter Tammy Bills; and her siblings, Otis Adkins, Carl Adkins and Ella Pierce.
She is survived by: her son Otis Lee Fultz; her grandchildren, Cynthia, Logan and Sophia Fultz; her great grandchild Cameron Fultz; her son-in-law Austin Bryant; her sisters, Shirley Willis, Darlene Finley (Ron) of New Vienna, OH and Melissa Parker of New York; and her nieces and nephews, Austin Finley, Tara Snyder, Amy Crowe and Sonny Morgan.
