She was predeceased by: her father Monterville Salmons; her former husband Claude Thomas, Sr.; and her siblings, Ronnie, Monterville, Jr. and Ruby.
She is survived by: her children, Claude Thomas, Jr. (Tina), Kathy Felkley (Greg) and William Thomas; her siblings, Haskell Salmons (Sylvia), Mike Salmons, Jerry Salmons (Dawn), Lucy Wells (Gary), Mary Lewis (Buck), Elaine Barnes (Richard), Betty Rosbrugh (Harold) and Martha Carter (Mitch); and her grandchildren, Jerry Dale, Dustin, Megan, Jessica and Kara. She is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
