He is survived by: his daughters, Mia Maxwell of Louisville, KY, Kelly Burke (Brian) of Xenia and Jamie Stafford (Jacob) of Xenia, OH; his grandchildren, Brittany, Devan Alexander, Kemiya, Malia Maxwell, Jaleigh, Jordan Stafford and Parker Burke; his great grandchildren, Javin, Javeh, Jamie and Jace Goodman; and his brother David Maxwell (Karen) of Centerville. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
