He was predeceased by: his mother Elizabeth Creswell; and his sister Helene Creswell-Fletcher. He is survived by: his father Thomas Creswell; his children, Tayler Hallam (Landon), Eric and Kyle Kroner (Shelby); his grandchildren, Lilly Hallam, Layne Hallam, Truet Hallam, Talia Hallam and Lawson Michael Creswell; his nephew Kiernan Fletcher; his parents-in-law, Bill and Patsy Wood; and his close friends, John and Lisa Salyers. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

In lieu of flowers the family asks that you deposit money into an account that is being established to fund The Mike Creswell Scholarship fund.
