With solemn reverence, we commemorate Mervin N. Nolt (Xenia, Ohio), whose life came to an end on February 14, 2025 at the age of 84, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Nolt and Esther Nolt (Gehman); and his former wife Janice Kay Nolt. He is survived by: his children, Roxy Huck (Scott) of Cedarville and Mark W. Nolt (Kimberly) of Liberty Twp; his grandchildren, Mahlon Nolt, Pearson Nolt, Owen Nolt (Georgia), Abby Huck and Emily Simpson (Eli); his great grandchild Ivy Jane Simpson; his sisters, Rhoda Nolt, Grace Nolt and Naomi Weaver (Lloyd); his siblings-in-law, William L. Hetzel (Maggie) and Carol Howard; and his wife Leola. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the Grace Baptist Church (109 N Main St, Cedarville, OH 45314). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 12:30 PM at the same location.

“Merv was a class act! He was gentle, kind, and a wonderful Christian gentleman. The last Alice and I saw him was on February twelfth; he stopped his car to speak with us and to let our collie Danny go up to him to be petted. He was not in a hurry, but chatted with us for a few minutes. We are blessed to have known him. His gentle, calm ways were a strong positive influence on all of us here at Legacy Village.”
