He is survived by: his parents, Kimberly Freels (Don) and Jimmy Armstrong; his son Dominic Armstrong; his grandparents, June Potter and Ralph Adrian; his stepgrandparent Ruth Warner (Roger); his stepbrothers, Donnie Freels and Joey Freels; his aunt Tammy Guess; his uncle Duane Freels; his cousins, Amber Bucci (Joe), Haley Dillon, Amanda Gersbacher (Christopher) and Duane Freels, Jr. (Tracey); and also Lacey Williams.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be sent to Wright Patt Credit Union, attn.: Dominic Armstrong Memorial Fund, for his son's college education.
