He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Hayden, Elinor Milligan and Anna Mae Boothe. He is survived by: his parents, Michael W. Boothe and Sharon Boothe (Milligan); his girlfriend Brandy Price; his girlfriend's children, Jaylynn, Brooklynn, Aubree and Aaron; his friends, Jeremiah and Carolyn Byrd; his uncle Warren Milligan (Barb Crabel); his cousins, Julie Boothe, Jordon and Kendal; and his pet Ally. He is also survived by many other cousins and many friends.
