She was predeceased by: her parents, Edgar Ray and Roenah Ruth Sprinkle Calvert; her husband Kellis Jack Smith Sr.; her children, Deborah Smith and Jerry Smith; and her brothers, Eugene and Paul Calvert.
She is survived by: her children, Kellis Jack Smith Jr. (Victoria) and Phyllis Lytle (Mark); and her daughter-in-law Judy Smith. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren, and 7 great-great-grandchildren.
