She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Frances (Stevens) and Samuel R. Lyons; her daughter Violet Grooms; her grandchildren, Pam Lawson, Lonny Ater, Michael Grooms and Benita Perrine; and her stepson Ricky Bell.
She is survived by: her husband Earnest "Ernie" Bell; her daughters, Esther Everitt (Gary) and Wanda Stephens Brewer; her adoptive daughter Ginger Mussetter (Jim); and her stepdaughter Vicky Bell Garcia. She is also survived by many grandchildren; including great great grandchildren.
Restrictions of the COVID19 pandemic will be observed, including social distancing and masks are required.
