He was predeceased by: his grandchild Jessie Lee Simmons. He is survived by: his wife Grace Simmons; his granddaughters, Dawn (Alfred) and Melissa (Danny Howard); and his great grandchildren, Kaylee Hall, Christy Fulton and Jaylynne Williams.
A funeral service will be held on Sunday, February 16th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Xenia Lodge No. (223 Corwin Ave, Xenia, OH 45385).
