She was predeceased by: her parents, Jacob Foskhul and Edna Foskhul (Gunder); her husband Charley Ross Mayfield; and her siblings, Donna Foskuhl, Herbert Foskuhl and Shirley.
She is survived by: her sons, Kenneth (Michele) and David (Jeanmarie); and her brother Frederick Foskhul (Marilyn). She is also survived by three grandchildren: one great grandson and a great-grandchild.
