She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Hewitt and Mildred Spurlock Salyers; her brothers, Bill and Bob Hewitt; and her son-in-law Donny Lewis.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sonya Hamilton of Xenia, Melissa Hoskins (Jamie) of Xenia and Lisa Arnett (Bryan) of Xenia; her siblings, Gene Hewitt (Sheila), Jani Hewitt and Carl Hewitt; her grandchildren, Michelle, Billy, Staci, Nathan, Nick, Emillie, Elissa, Addison, Tyler, Rylin, Kristen and Carter; her great grandchildren, Kyren, Remmi, Ariah, Armoni, Xavier, Silas, Hayden and Annabelle; her aunts, Margie King, Eileen Rose and Helen Rose; and her daughters, Becky Myers, Penny Milligan and Amanda Grooms. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
