She was predeceased by: her parents, Eduardo Östergren and Oraide Gonçalves; and her son Mark David Baits. She is survived by: her husband David Baits; her daughter-in-law Titina Baits; her siblings, Eduardo Augusto Östergren (Helena) and Mariza Östergren; and her grandchildren, Rebecca, Isaac, Erika, Daniel and Anthony. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
