She is survived by: her brothers, Ken Duley (Mary) and Bill Duley (Mary) of Xenia; her children, Cindi Blake (Richard) of Xenia and Scott Malott (Lisa) of Kettering; and her grandchildren, Lindsay Malott, Gabriel Blake, MaKara Blake, Harrison Blake and Lucia Malott.
