It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lawrence T. O'Connor of Xenia, Ohio, who passed away on February 16, 2021, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Lawrence T. O'Connor to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John O'Connor and Helen Walsh O'Connor; his son John Maurice O'Connor; and his siblings, Mary Ellen Schaumleffel, Kathleen I. Wolary, Maurice "Marty" O'Connor and John J. "Jack" O'Connor.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy O'Connor (Cain); his children, Matthew O'Connor of Alexandria, VA, Brigid O'Connor, Beavercreek, Mary Alice Akins (Kevin) and Kathleen Stebbins (John); his daughter-in-law Amy Maurer (James) of Charlottesville, VA; his grandchildren, James, Carlin, McKenzie, Ellie, Matthew, Will, Mia, Molly and Emily; and his sisters-in-law, Carol Melanson, Dottie Cain, Karen Cain and Janice O'Connor. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, and many close friends.
Due to Covid-19, the family is asking that all in attendance wear masks and social distance.
