He is survived by: his children, Deborah Thomas (David), Gale Whitt and Phillip Whitt (Paula); his grandchildren, Justin Whitt (Jessica), Joshua Thomas, Brittany Seither (Nick), Jeremiah Thomas (Ashley), Ashley Collins (Audie Hamilton), Jordan Penrod and Steffany Whitt; his great grandchildren, Dillon Thomas, Hunter Thomas, Alayna, Audie Hamilton and Ryzel Taylor; and his sister Judy Smith.
