He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Lewis and Vera Lewis (Stenersen); his son Joel "Joey" Whitt; and his stepson Josh Martin. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia A. Lewis (Martin); his daughters, Erin Harkleroad (Josh) and Stacy Lewis; his stepson Kevin Martin of Columbus; his siblings, Carol "Cosmo" Lewis, Ronald Lewis (Jeannie) of Xenia and Patty Lee (Robin); his grandchildren, Savanna, CJ, Bella, Alexa, Saylor, Brooklyn, Keandre, Natayja, Kevion, Kariana, Joshua, Clayton and Junior; and his great grandchild Flynn Nicholas. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
