He was predeceased by: his son Joshua Keaton. He is survived by: his wife Julie Keaton; his children, Jessica, Sabrina Davis-Makoski (Greg), Larry, Savannah, Phillip Keaton and Julia Keaton; his parents, Larry E. Keaton Sr. and Talulah Thompson (Harry); his sisters, Tammie Lucas (Nate) and Larrena Keaton (Rocky Applegarth); and his nieces and nephews, Mark Henderson, Justin Tonnous, Gabriel Fragasse, Talulah Milo, Nicholas Milo and Harry Madison. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers contributions can be made in Larry's memory to the Hospice of Dayton.
