It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kim R. Poston of Xenia, Ohio, born in Dayton, Ohio, who passed away on January 7, 2024, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John H. Poston and Rosalie Poston (Crabtree); his sisters, Coralie Poston, Sarah Poston and Jacqueline Maxwell; and his grandson Damien Johnson.

He is survived by: his wife Diana Poston; his children, Kelly Poston of Xenia, Ashley Gilley (John) of Xenia and Kimberly Poston of Xenia; his grandchildren, Aliyah, Catessa, Kailah, Gavin Gilley, Jaden Stilabower (Kaleb), Madison Poston and Isabella Tope; and his sisters, Winona Bixby (Darrel), Bonnie Dodd (David) and Patricia Weltch (Gary). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

“He was a great guy, but he never seemed to stop working! I saw him everywhere, Dayton, Kitridge, Front street....I loved talking to him, we were both Ford fans, so we always talked about our Fords, so he is probably up there now talking to Edsel Ford, trying to get the production line back up and running up there.......Prayers to you and your family, as I know your lives will be empty without such a gracious person as Kim, there was no one like him......Mr. BilBil”
