He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor Roy and Wanda Kratzer (Young); his former wives, Eleanor "Tootie" (Robinson) and Charlene "Char" (Finch); his brother Dennis Kratzer; and his pet Pepper.
He is survived by: his wife Linda (Faulkner); his children, Susan Gates of Seneca, PA, Brian Kratzer (Sheila) of Seneca, PA and David Kratzer (Stephanie) of Franklin, PA; his grandchildren, Tyler McFarland (Kelly), Megan Kratzer, Melissa Kratzer and Nevin Kratzer; his sisters, Judy Wolfe (Richard) of Wilmington, Debbie Hastings of Wilmington, Sharon Miller of Xenia and Mary Olinger (Robert) of Ft. Myers, FL; his sister-in-law Sharon Kratzer of Olive Branch, MS; and his stepchildren, Susan Stoops, Darrin Stoops, Jeff Stoops and Jerry Stoops. He is also survived by eight step-grandchildren; eleven step-great grandchildren.
