In the sacred silence of farewell, Keith is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. And as his memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Keith's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Robert Horn and Betty Van Horn (Cook); his wife Mary Ann Van Horn (Strayer); his children, Jennifer Davis (Brent) and Eric Van Horn; his sister Kathy Muterspaw (Larry); and his grandchildren, Madeline, Harrison and Hayden.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 14th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Xenia United Presbyterian Church (343 W Ankeney Mill Rd, Xenia, OH 45385). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 14th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the same location.
During his time with Clark County, Keith was very active with fundraising and other charity events with the various organizations including the Sheriff's Dept.
