She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene "Gene" Pagett and Barbara Jean Wells Pagett; and her sister Debra Jean Pagett-Gleason. She is survived by: her husband Dr. James A. Smith; her children, Telcie Jo Pincelli (Michael) of Hilton, NY and J. T. Smith (Kali) of Centerville, OH; and her siblings, Rocky Pagett, Barry Pagett (Shari) and Denise Pagett of Xenia, OH. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, and by many close friends.
