She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Cox and Ruby Cox; and her siblings, Lenny Cox, Linda Sue Reck, Danny Cox and Mary Lou Pyles.
She is survived by: her husband Hugh Pagett; her children, Lisa Hale (James) and Keith Pagett (Brandi) of Xenia; her granddaughters, Clarissa Phillips (Jake), Christina Hale of Washington, DC, Hannah Pagett and Leah Pagett; her great grandchildren, Aiden Houk, John Phillips and Muffin; and her brother-in-law Gene Pagett.
In lieu of flowers, Judy would be honored by a donation in her name to an active military or veterans support organization.
