She was predeceased by: her parents, Pauline Smith and Leonard Smith; and her brother Frank Smith. She is survived by: her husband Richard T. Roush; her daughter Lindsay Nicole Garrett (Riley); her son-in-law Matt Garrett; and her granddaughters, Sophia Garrett and Cassandra Ellen River (Garrett).

Memorial contributions should be made to the American Heart Association.
