He was predeceased by: his parents, John W. Singer and Dorothy Louise Balzer Singer; his sister Deanne Marie Singer; and his children, Angela and Jeremy.
He is survived by: his wife Vicki Layne Griffiths Singer; his children, Aimee Morrison (Michael), Nathan Singer (Laurie) and Stephen Singer (Carolyn); and his grandchildren, Grace, Gabriel, Rachel, Eleasha, Hadassah, Elisheava, David, Joshua, Moriah Morrison, Abigayle, Hannah, Haley, Olivia, Levi Singer, Brittini and Noah Singer.
Due to the COVID19 pandemic and the weather, a celebration of his life will be held in the summer.
