He is survived by: his wife Claudine Holton; his children, Leslie Clements, Christine Rapp (Brett), Kendra Barley (Brian Day), Robert Holton (Yvonne) and Kriste England (DJ); his grandchildren, Kaden Holton, Ethan Rapp (Michaela), Kaile Severance (Nick), Allison Rapp, Jake England, Zoe Holton, Declan Holton and Paige Holton; his great grandchildren, Jacklyn, Railynn and John Oliver; his brother Richard Foote (Gloria); and his siblings-in-law, Claude Smiley and Nikki Smiley. He is also survived by numerous family members and friends.
