He was predeceased by: his great grandchild Mia Jo Lodge. He is survived by: his significant other Virginia Reisinger Blair (Ginny); his daughters, Tami Montgomery (Brad) and Teri Ritchie (Wesley); his granddaughters, Blair Davis (Charlie), Brook Lodge (Justin), Chelsea Ritchie (Chris Rowland) and Taylor Ritchie (Troy Mangan); his great grandchildren, Chayse Caldwell, Will Lodge, Carter Davis, Paislee Rowland, Rylie Rowland and Morgan Davis; his close friend Anna Duke; and also Ginny. He is also survived by Many nieces, nephews, cousins and their children.
