He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Mary (Ford) and John Palmer Black, Jr.; his wife Darla Sue Crouch; his children, Stephen (Brynn) and Nancy O'Neel (Roger); his brother David (Beth); his grandchildren, Natalie Mishne (Eric), Collin O'Neel (Jess), Caleb O'Neel (Abigail), Nathan O'Neel (Nikki), Ethan O'Neel, Allison O'Neel, Quinlyn and Declan; and his great grandchild Karson Jameson.
