He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnny Knowles and Mearlene Knowles (Howard); and his sister Theresa Farthing. He is survived by: his wife Terisa Knowles (Lemaster); his son Joshua Knowles (Amber) of Xenia; his stepdaughter Misty Leffel of Columbus; his brothers, Jeff Knowles (Sherry) and Scott Knowles (Melissa); his grandchildren, Johnathan, Savannah, Ashlynn, Jase and Annie Knowles; his great grandchildren, Willow and Colson; his friends, Terry Watson, Phil Beekman, Keith Doster and Steve Keaton; and his pets, Waldo and Bruno. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
