He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Owens and Bettie Doyle Calvert; and his former wife Clara Mae Calvert (Smith). He is survived by: his wife Ann Forrest; his sons, James Lee Calvert (Karen), Xenia Calvert and John Calvert (Becky); his grandchildren, Jena George (Brian), Ryan Calvert (Micah), Ethan Calvert (Jamie) and Kristen Gammon (Jeff); his great grandchildren, Shiloh, Chaya, Ashley, Xander, Luke, Heidi, Parker, Dylan and Harrison; and his siblings, Betty Ruth Vice of Lexington, KY, Norma Jean Hart, Carolyn Rogers and Marvin Calvert (Sue Ann) of Sharpsburg, KY.
