It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jill E. Bloomer of Xenia, Ohio, born in Elmira, New York, who passed away on May 15, 2021, at the age of 56, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Bonnie Pratt (Smith) and James Pratt; and her stepbrother Patrick Barrett. She is survived by: her husband Roger Bloomer; her son Brandon Couch of Xenia; her stepdaughter Jacqueline Hooker (Derek) of Cape Coral, FL; her stepmother Judy Pratt; her brother James Pratt; and her stepbrothers, Stephen Barrett of New York and William E. "Coppy" Hawk of New York. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
