He was predeceased by: his father Buster Fields; and his siblings, Paul Fields and Annetta Fields. He is survived by: his wife Paula E. Fields (Neel); his children, Kim Fields, Paul Fields (Erin), Nicholas Fields and Jacob Fields; his mother Marie Eversole (Coots); his sisters, Shirley, Barb, Kitty, Phyllis and Wilma (Johnny Jr.); and his grandchildren, Arianna, Matthew and Arlington. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
