He was predeceased by: his parents, Echel Edens and Carrie Edens (Brooks); his wife Norma (Bledsoe); his siblings, Samuel, Echel Jr., Beatrice Bush, Audrey Markham, Geneva Henry and Frances Bohlander; and his son-in-law Dennis Murphy.
He is survived by: his daughter Pamela Murphy of Dayton; his stepchildren, Lee McIntire, Kay McIntire of Bellbrook, Ann Martin (Lee) and Jeff McIntire (Sherrill) of Xenia; and his grandchildren, Kelly Murphy, Caleb Fricke, Jake Fricke, Emily Nuthall (Steven), Ellen McIntire, Casey Senne (Michael) and Clay Septant.
Donations may be made to the American Heart Association or the Greene County Fish and Game in Jerry's memory.
