Heath II (Kristi); his grandsons, Billy Rogers, Jeffrey Heath III, Brandon Rogers (Tiffani), Noah Heath (Mara) and Austin Rogers (Lexi); his great grandchildren, Kaelynn Rogers, Liam Rogers and Jenna Rogers; his sister Cheryl Neff (Bob); and his parents-in-law, Ona Heath, Dorothy Moore, Janet Longsworth, Roger and Naomi Salyer. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
