He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon West and Frances West (Scott); and his brothers, David, Vernon and Howard West.
He is survived by: his wife Joanne West (Miller); his daughters, Lisa West-Jones (Paul) of Xenia, Tere West-Arroyo (Max) of Cincinnati and Monica West of Cincinnati; and his grandchildren, Jessica (Nick), Alex, Ciara, Jackie, Brianne (Brandon) and Matthew. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
