He was predeceased by: his parents, Ezekiel Rice and Ruby Holcomb (Stephenson); his wife Mary; and his siblings, Betty Taylor, Mark and Robert Holcomb.
He is survived by: his children, Christine Rauch (Roy) and Ronald Holcomb (Dawn); his grandchildren, Harli Taylor and Jaidyn Wolfe; his sister Sharon Gray of Indore, WV; and also, Jerry Worstell (Joyce) and Homer Crabtree. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
