He is survived by: his girlfriend Stephanie Rubio; his children, Shiloh Reyes (Benito), Justin Hawkins, Grant Hawkins, Alyx Applewhite and Lathe Hawkins; his siblings, Charles Hawkins (Mary) and Charlene Cochran; and his grandchildren, Benito, III, Alexis, Dori, Carly and Owen. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
