He is survived by: his children, Tane Harris, James Harris III (Patricia) and Tamara Day (James); his sisters, Melva Knemeyer and Helen Voiles (Jerry); his brother-in-law John Osborne; his grandchildren, Tyson Day, Jimmy Harris, Tora Day and Dellihgha; and his great grandchildren, Sophia and Xander Day. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
