It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jack T. Schafer of Xenia, Ohio, born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, who passed away on November 16, 2021, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence G. Schafer and Ruth Schafer (Young); his wife Carolyn Schafer (Cromer); his daughter Carolyn Denise; and his brother Donald L. Schafer.
He is survived by: his children, J. Thomas Schafer Jr. (Vicki) of Xenia, Debra Schafer of Eaton and Michael L. Schafer (Dorina) of Xenia; his grandchildren, Bethany Rubio (Jesse), Carissa Haines (Randall), Jessica Schafer, Ty Stollings (Jacquie), Andrew and Alex Schafer; and his sisters-in-law, Virginia Schafer and Phyllis Schafer of Springfield, OH. He is also survived by 6 great grandchildren; 5 step grandchildren; and 1 step great grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that contributions be made to the Honor Flight in his memory.
