He is survived by: his mother Mary West (Floyd); his siblings, Melinda West of Dayton, Sean Wakefield (Tammy) of Xenia, LaTesha West of Las Vegas, NV, Bryan Simpson (Amber) of Xenia and Ryan Simpson (Sarah) of Xenia; his nieces and nephews, Jaden, Hailey, Olivia, Reaghan, Sean Jr., Robert, Lamar, Stevie, Mya, Melanie, Rylan and Lauralie; and his friend Chanel Jones.
