She was predeceased by: her parents, Esty W. and A. Spurlock (Mendenhall); her husband Gayne; her daughter Carol McWhorter; her granddaughter Melissa K. Blazer; and her siblings, Dorothy Potts, Mitzi Salyer and Richard Spurlock.
She is survived by: her daughters, Linda Romine (Fred) of Virginia and Sandra Lambert (Terry) of Huber Heights; her sisters, Aileen Rose and Margaret King (Ronald); and her son-in-law Jim McWhorter. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren; two great great grandchildren.
