She was predeceased by: her parents, Dana Lynch and Dorothy Lynch; her husband Albert Franks; her children, Gary Franks and Pamela Jenkins; and her grandson Travis Franks.

She is survived by: her children, Regina Caudill of Xenia and Tracy Franks (Cindy) of Texas. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
