He is survived by: his children, Randy Surgenor (Julie), Mike Surgenor (Connie), Nell Hill (Ed) and Michelle Gallardo (Luis); and his siblings, Gerald Parker (Carol) and Myrtle Funk. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
