She is survived by: her son Mark H. Pitstick; and her grandsons, Evan Pitstick and Logan Pitstick.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Hospice of Dayton, 324 Wilmington Ave., Dayton, OH, 45420, in her memory.
