She was predeceased by: her parents, James Evans and Jewell Evans (Sparks); her husband Paul J Moore; her granddaughter Stacy Adamson; her daughter-in-law Mary Moore; and her brother-in-law Ken Moore.
She is survived by: her stepmother Geneva Evans (Callahan); her children, Michael Moore (Denise), Kevin Moore (Cindy), Jeffrey Moore, Mark Moore and Joyce Feehan (Dennis); her siblings, Charles Evans and Eloise Moore; and her grandchildren, John, Jennifer, Kelsey, Kevin (Brandon), James, Erin, Jessica, Rusty, Rachel and Jacob. She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren; as well as extended family and friends.
Geraldine requested in lieu of flowers memorial contributions be made to St. Jude Children's Research, Smile Train, or Pleasant Grove Missionary Church.
