He was predeceased by : his parents, Edward Monnin and Velma Monnin; his brother Louis Monnin; and his sister-in-law Connie Monnin. He is survived by : his sister Marilyn (Tom); his children Michelle Monnin (Pete) of Florida, Mark Monnin (Kim) of Maine, Gene Monnin (Perry) of Indiana, Giselle Vaughn (Eric) of Ohio, Alan Monnin (Alissa) of Ohio and Roger Monnin of Florida; his grandchildren, Lauren, Claire, Ethan, Allison, Owen, Alec, Addison, Tristyn, Cameron and Luke; his step-grandson Finley; and his wife Lee Monnin.
